Changes at a Glance

It’s been a little while, but not much has changed! Members can still enjoy the same convenient gym experience they’re used to, with a few changes to comply with NYS COVID-19 Gym Re-Opening Guidelines:

  • All members are required to wear masks for the duration of their visit.
  • All members are required to practice social distancing (6 ft. away from each other at all times).
  • All members must complete a temperature check and health screening upon arrival.
  • Some of our machines have been closed to comply with social distance regulations.
  • We are using disinfectant on the EPA list effective against COVID-19.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to wear a mask?

Yes. In accordance with NYS COVID-19 Gym Re-Opening Guidelines, all guests who are above the age of 2 and not medically exempt must wear a mask for the duration of your gym visit.

What if I’m medically exempt?

In accordance with NYS COVID-19 Gym Re-Opening Guidelines, individuals who are unable to medically tolerate a face covering must wear a face shield at all times.

Will your staff wear masks?

Yes. The health and safety of everyone at Fit Club 24/7 is our top priority. Our staff members and personal trainers have masks for their safety and the safety of our guests.

How are you keeping the gym clean?

Keeping Fit Club 24/7 safe, clean and open is a community effort. We are complying with all NYS COVID-19 Gym Re-Opening Guidelines and have brought on additional cleaning staff.

We can’t do this without our members. With your assistance, we can ensure Fit Club 24/7 is able to remain open and compliant. During your workout, please take a bottle of disinfectant and a clean rag with you to wipe down all surfaces. These will be available at the front desk once you’ve completed the health screening.

My membership was frozen in March – now what?

Welcome back! We’re thrilled to have you in the gym again. Your key fob still provides unlimited, 24/7 access to our Brockport location. Please note active contracts paused in March resumed October 1. Your contract length has not changed.

EX: If you had 5 months remaining on your Fit Club 24/7 membership in March, you have 5 months remaining starting October 1.

If you do not wish to rejoin, please call 585-857-1438.

Are staffed hours still the same? Do I still have 24/7 access?

Yes! Staffed hours remain the same as always:

  • Monday – Friday: 9 am – 1 pm and 4 pm – 7pm
  • Saturday: 9 am – 12 pm

Your key fob still provides 24/7 access.

Have the amenities changed?

We’ve made a few changes to our amenities to comply with NYS COVID-19 Gym Re-Opening Guidelines. Our locker rooms are still operation, but the showers and drinking fountains have been closed. Our vending machines are fully stocked with water, flavored water, Vitamin Water and FitAid.
